Term & Conditions

~ All 500.00 deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

~ Cancellations on, or before September 8th 2025 will be refunded anything paid over the 500.00 Deposit.

~ Cancellations on, or after September 9th 2025, will receive 75% of anything paid beyond the 500.00 deposit.

~ Cancellations on, or after October 10th 2025, will not receive a refund.

~ The Fall Oasis Retreat may offer reduced pricing or promotions at their discretion, with reduced pricing or promotions
applicable only to new reservations. Any confirmed retreat reservations with deposit and/or full payment
received by The Fall Oasis Retreat are not entitled to reduced pricing.
