Greetings!! I hope your summer is unfolding in a gentle, unhurried pace and you are finding time to JUST BE. I will keep this short as I too am creating space to JUST BE.
Here's my “to do” list:
- Sleep late
- Enjoy a slow breakfast of green tea, fruit and hard-boiled egg
- Go for a hike
- MELT®
- Read
- Make a delicious salad with avocado, tomatoes, walnuts and goat cheese
- Read some more
- MELT while I watch Netflix
- Go to bed early
- Wake-up and repeat!!
